Murphy × Neoo

Murphy, your agent for operations.

Murphy helps your teams monitor signals, prioritise requests and trigger workflows defined in Neoo. You stay in control of authorised actions.

Available as an add-on to Business · MSP

€99 /month excl. VAT Pricing and conditions

Automation · paid add-on

Start with one useful workflow.

Choose a repetitive task, the people who approve it and the expected outcome. Your project scope determines the actions and connections to set up.

Murphy subscription

€99 /month excl. VAT

Available as an add-on to Business MSP

An addition to your Neoo Business or MSP subscription, which is billed separately. Murphy is not a Starter add-on.

Activation service

€490 excl. VAT, one-off

Your quote confirms whether this service is needed and what it covers. It does not replace the monthly subscription.

Before you order

Confirm usage and limits, any third-party costs, project services, maintenance, commitment and cancellation terms. The add-on price alone does not establish these conditions.

First goal: route a support request more effectively.

An illustrative goal to validate for your environment, not an already activated workflow.

  1. Choose the starting point

Should a request be prioritised or assigned to a team? Define the trigger, the data needed and the expected outcome.

  2. Define who approves

Specify permissions, allowed actions, human approvals and records to retain. Confirm the connections required.

  3. Check before expanding

Plan a supervised test, a manual fallback and success criteria. Then decide whether another workflow is worth adding.

Your questions before getting started.

Is Murphy included in my Neoo plan?

Murphy is a paid add-on for Business and MSP, on top of their subscription. It is not offered with Starter. Choosing your management plan does not activate Murphy automatically.

Which workflows and usage volumes are included?

The scenarios help scope your needs; they do not define an unlimited plan. Confirm actions, connections, volumes, limits and any third-party costs in your proposal. An Integrations catalogue entry does not prove that a connection is operational.

Is activation an extra subscription?

No. The activation service is a one-off item, separate from the Murphy subscription. Your quote confirms whether it is needed and what it covers. Project services and maintenance must be specified separately; they are not assumed to be included.

Does the simulation act on my data?

No. The film and simulation on this page illustrate a possible workflow. They do not connect your tools, activate Murphy or process your real requests.

What conditions apply to data and support?

Your agreed scope must specify access, the data processed, hosting, retained records and support arrangements. Read the Data and security reference, then confirm the conditions that apply to your project.

Murphy’s law

Anything that can go wrong…

…will go wrong. A server that dies. A forgotten ticket. A follow-up sent too late.

Incident after incident

Every day, the law strikes.

Ignored alerts, overflowing queues, teams stuck fighting fires.

Neoo presents

So Neoo built Murphy.

An autonomous agent named after the law it was built to break.

Autonomous Business Bot

Murphy observes. Decides. Acts.

Following the rules you define.

Murphy × Neoo

Murphy turns the law around.

Concrete uses, across every team.

Example workflows to scope together around your tools, data and authorised actions. Availability depends on the connections and configuration selected.

Support & tickets

Define ticket triage, notifications and escalations to the teams responsible.

Back office & finance

Organise reminders and approval flows while retaining your finance team’s checks.

Monitoring & IT operations

Connect alerts to follow-up tasks and specify which actions require IT approval.

Sales ops & follow-ups

Prepare follow-up tasks and opportunity tracking according to your sales team’s rules.

Integrations

Murphy works with your ecosystem.

This diagram illustrates tool categories, not a catalogue of active connections. Available connections and required permissions need to be checked for your project.
