Starter covers customers, contacts, quotes and invoices; Business adds advanced CRM. Multi-client IT management means the customer environments managed by an IT service provider, with Neoo MSP.
Accounting Apps requires Business and Desktop & Apps. An accounting connection, financial planning and full bookkeeping are different scopes.

Pay only for the technicians who use Neoo. Add clients, PCs, servers and other monitored equipment without increasing the price of your main subscription.
Level prices are defined; their functional differences must be specified in your offer. No level is recommended solely on its name or price.
The main subscription does not automatically include third-party licences, security, backups, additional storage, Murphy, Desktop & Apps or Forge. Separate these costs from one-off migration and any ongoing guidance.

Are prices excluding VAT?
Yes. All prices on this page and in the configurator are in euros excluding VAT.
How does the Neoo Starter plan work?
Neoo Starter is free for 3 months for 2 users. After that, each user costs €22 per month, with a minimum of 2 users, or €44 per month. Every user above the 2 included users also costs €22 per month.
Is Peppol included?
Yes. Peppol is built into Neoo from Starter: your e-invoices go through the Neoo gateway or, if you already have one, through yours. Forge chosen on its own is a creation workspace, with no invoicing service of its own.
Can I change plan?
Yes. You can move your plan forward, for instance from Starter to Business; the Neoo team supports the transition.
Is Desktop & Apps available with Starter?
Desktop & Apps and Murphy are options for Business or MSP, not Starter. Accounting Apps requires Business and at least one Desktop & Apps profile; it is not offered with MSP. Forge is selected separately.
How does Accounting Apps pricing work?
€5.50 per concerned user and per connected accounting application, each month. The option requires Neoo Business and an active Desktop & Apps option.
Is Murphy billed per user?
No. Murphy is a fixed monthly option of €99 per month, available with Neoo Business and Neoo MSP.
How do Forge credits work?
One Cortex credit is one instruction. Additional packs are available from Starter and valid for 12 months, with no automatic overages. Monthly credit rollover depends on the plan.
Is guidance mandatory?
No. The Neoo Autonomie pack is included; the other packs and recurring guidance are optional.
What is the difference between technical support and guidance?
Technical support handles incidents and questions about how the platform runs. Guidance structures your configuration, data, training and adoption.
Can I add users later?
Yes, at any time. Billing adjusts to the number of users, respecting the minimum of the chosen plan.
Can complex projects be handled on quote?
Yes. For needs beyond the standard plans, the Neoo team prepares a custom Enterprise proposal.
Are clients and tenants billed separately?
Not in Core, Advanced or Premium: the main price depends on the plan, billing period and number of technicians.
Are monitored PCs and servers billed separately?
Not in the main subscription. Third-party licences, security, backups, storage and additional services may be billed separately.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly: paid each month, no annual commitment. Annual: a reduced price, paid once for twelve months.
Can I change MSP level?
Confirm functions, change terms and billing before activation.
Is there a limit on the number of devices?
Clients and endpoints are unlimited in the main pricing model. Specific contractual needs require Enterprise scoping.
