FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your questions, before the first process.

Who should choose Business rather than Starter?

An SME or service company that needs to coordinate people around a shared process. Start with the features and access required; the Business pricing minimum is 1 account.

What does the Business price include?

€59 per user per month excluding VAT, with at least 1 account, 25 GB per user and Neoo Scheduling included. Specify other modules, options and services in your offer.

Are Murphy, Desktop and Forge included?

Do not treat them as included in the base price. Murphy is an option at €99/month excluding VAT; Desktop & Apps is optional. Forge has its own plans and can be chosen independently.

Do Business and Forge provide the same rights?

Do not infer identical rights from overlapping features. The comparison distinguishes management from creation, but creator and end-user access, modules and environments must be confirmed in your offer.

Are Peppol and accounting included?

Yes for Peppol: it is built into Neoo from Starter, through the Neoo gateway or yours. Business gives you financial oversight of your activity. For your accounting software, Accounting Apps is an option requiring Business and Desktop & Apps.

Must we replace every tool?

Start with one process and a small dataset. An integration catalogue entry does not guarantee an active connection: APIs, licences, access and exchanged objects need checking.

How do we start with our team?

Choose a test record, responsible people and the expected handover. Verify permissions and the result in your workspace before importing more data or expanding usage.

Where is our data hosted and what support do we receive?

Location, backups, support channels and hours, exports and exit terms must be specified for your offer. This public page does not replace those commitments.

Does a demo book us into a subscription?

A demo booking is neither a confirmed registration nor a paid subscription. Check price, options, services and terms before subscribing.
