Reuse
Neoo assembles the existing bricks: CRM, sales, projects, support, accounting, IT. You only pay for the capabilities assigned to each person, capped per person.
Adapt
Forge builds what is missing without rebuilding the existing engines. Its credits, shared with the Neoo / Vato IDE, come from an optional pack, separate from the monthly operating amount.
Run
Neoo Cloud hosts each deployment, in a proposed shared profile or on reserved resources. Murphy is enabled per company, as an option.
QUESTIONS
What people ask first.
Do my customers or visitors pay a licence?
No. Visitors, viewer accounts and restricted accounts hold no professional licence. Only people working in business capabilities count, once, even when they open several screens.
How is the price per person calculated?
A foundation per person plus the native capabilities assigned to them, capped. Included licences are never billed twice: accounting includes commercial invoicing, for instance. Hosting is counted separately.
Do I have to choose servers?
No. Each deployment receives a proposed shared Neoo Cloud profile, counted once. A dedicated environment is sized by measurement; no capacity is guaranteed without validation.
What do Forge, the IDE and Murphy cover?
Forge and the Neoo / Vato IDE consume the credits of one optional pack; a credit is neither a euro nor a guaranteed action, and running out of credits never stops production hosting. Murphy is enabled per company, as an option, with AI consumption to specify.
Is this estimate a quote?
No. It is a VAT-excluded orientation calculated with a model under validation. Capacities, third-party costs and missing validations are listed in the detail; Neoo confirms everything before any commitment.
