NEOO MASTER OPERATOR

Network in preparation

Structure a market.Orchestrate its ecosystem.Make it grow.

Do you bring experts together and support clients in an industry or territory? A Master Operator coordinates offers, partners and deployments on the Neoo foundation. Tell us about your project: scope, responsibilities and the business model are defined together.

  • No-obligation first conversation
  • Scope to assess
  • Progressive deployment

MORE THAN A PARTNER

You do not just join a network. You structure one.

The proposed role is to shape an offer, bring the right expertise together and prepare deployments. Scope, quality criteria and customer support must be agreed with Neoo; applying grants no status or certification rights.

01

Structure

Define the offer, the roles, the quality rules and the journeys.

02

Federate

Connect clients, experts, integrators and solution builders.

03

Operate

Support deployment, continuity and the evolution of the network.

YOUR SCOPE

An industry, a sector or a territory. One shared frame for action.

Industry vertical

Structure a specialised proposition around the usages, modules and methods of one profession.

Sector

Align several players around standards, solutions and a shared deployment model.

Territory

Locally animate a network of partners and clients within a common Neoo frame.

ONE ECOSYSTEM, CLEAR ROLES

Every expert acts where they create the most value.

This diagram describes a proposed organisation, not access already granted. Each contribution and Neoo capability must match the scope accepted by the customer and the agreed contract.

Illustrative diagram: the Master Operator would coordinate commercial partners, integrators and operators, Forge Builders and Technology Partners around clients and multi-company deployments. Neoo Core, Forge and Marketplace or Demand Exchange projects remain subject to the agreed scope and contracts; the diagram does not establish any active access.

SEVERAL SOURCES OF VALUE

An economy built on usage, service and distribution.

These possibilities are not acquired rights or guaranteed revenue. Private terms must be agreed after qualification. The Partner of Record is the partner assigned to the customer account. The model provides for that attribution to continue across renewals, added users, upgrades, modules and Forge or AI consumption, including self-service, under the contract. Neoo does not approach the account directly to bypass its partner. Customers remain free to request a change.

Separate software subscriptions, possible usage charges, setup and services. A build is a one-off project; maintenance and guidance are recurring only when their contract says so. No all-in price or Master Operator package is established here.

A SCOPE TO AGREE

Define access, services and ongoing responsibilities.

A capability being available does not mean it is included in a plan. Check rights, options and responsibilities before the pilot.

01

Access and permissions

Define users, accessible data and required approvals.

02

Customer data

Check separation, responsibilities and exit terms for the selected offer.

03

Neoo Forge

Scope the project, creator and end-user access, credits and operation.

04

Marketplace

The catalogue of installable modules is in preparation; publication and distribution must be scoped with Neoo.

05

Demand Exchange

Present a need for assessment; a click starts no funding or build.

06

Deployment and support

Agree who is responsible, the channels, hours and records to retain.

FROM NEED TO FIRST PILOT

Validate a first result before expanding.

Illustrative example: a network of service companies wants a consistent customer follow-up process. It starts with one process in a willing company, checks the result, then considers expansion. This is not a delivered customer case.

  1. 01

Present your expertise and a concrete need.

  2. 02

Discuss the role and scope with Neoo.

  3. 03

Define features, access, costs and responsibilities.

  4. 04

Agree a pilot, its criteria and test resources.

  5. 05

Check the result with the customer before deployment.

  6. 06

Decide on ongoing support and possible expansion.

FAQ

What is a Neoo Master Operator?

It is the partner that structures and operates an industry, a sector or a territory: it defines the offer, federates the network roles, drives quality and supports deployments on the Neoo foundation.

How does it differ from an integrator or a commercial partner?

The integrator deploys and supports clients; the commercial partner grows demand. The Master Operator orchestrates a complete scope: it structures the offer, the standards and the network in which those roles act.

Can I become Master Operator of a sector or a territory?

Yes. The role applies to an industry vertical, a sector or a territory. The exact scope is validated with Neoo during qualification.

Can several Partner Network roles be combined?

Yes, when the partner actually meets the obligations attached to each role. Combinations are reviewed during qualification.

Which revenue sources are possible?

Possible areas include services, support, Forge projects and potential distribution rights. Scope and terms depend on the partner agreement. An application grants no amount, rate, publishing right or revenue.

How are access, data and responsibilities managed?

Check the rights actually available in the selected offer, define the customer's permissions and agree data, support and exit responsibilities. The Master Operator role alone does not establish access to customer environments.

What is the application and qualification journey?

The button opens an application form. The subsequent discussion concerns scope, responsibilities and a possible pilot. Applying creates no active status, sandbox access or certification.

Which costs should be separated?

Software subscriptions, possible usage charges, setup and services are separate. A build is a one-off project; maintenance and guidance recur only under their contract. Public software pricing is not an all-in programme price.
