Before proposing or delivering a Neoo project, review the network’s qualification, security and quality principles. This guide also explains how ownership is divided and the access limits for each participant. These markers describe the intended journey. They are not contractual service commitments.

Neoo builds the platform. The Solution Partner develops the customer’s business. This model guides the network in preparation; activation and terms are agreed in the partner contract.
The Partner of Record is the partner assigned to the customer account. The model provides for that attribution to continue across renewals, added users, upgrades, modules and Forge or AI consumption, including self-service, under the contract. Neoo does not approach the account directly to bypass its partner. Customers remain free to request a change.
Three paths are planned: build independently with Forge, build with a Solution Partner, or request delivery on an agreed quote. With the customer’s permission, complex requests can become consulting, integration or development opportunities for their partner of record.
Build a managed offer around Neoo: support and follow-up, optimisation and automation, tailored projects, or integrations and governance. You set your own consulting and service fees; Neoo takes no commission on these services. Define scope, responsibilities and billing in your proposal.
The model separates the firm’s software from Neoo Client Connect, the workspace for collaborating with its clients on documents, messages, requests and approvals. This access is not a full Neoo Business licence. CRM, sales, inventory and business management needs require a separate upgrade, supported by the partner of record.
The founding firms programme centres on product design, professional feedback and qualified pilots. Client Connect access and any trial credits are agreed for that scope; full Business licences are not automatically provided free of charge. A firm may collaborate or explore distribution, with clear responsibilities and continuity for its existing partner.
Partner levels depend on skills, customer acquisition, onboarding, support and ongoing account management. Distribution, Forge and AI usage, and Marketplace publishing terms are discussed privately after qualification. Applying activates no economic entitlement and guarantees no revenue.
CLEAR BY DESIGN
No project starts without qualifying intellectual property and reuse. Source code for Neoo Core or a Neoo module is not delivered by default.
OPERATOR GRAPH
One company can authorise several operators. Each receives only the permissions it needs; the client controls and can revoke every delegation.
