Access to and use of the Cloudbizz websites, in particular cloudbizz.com and cloudbizz.ai (hereinafter “the Site”), are subject to these terms of use (hereinafter “the Terms of Use”).
Please read them carefully before visiting or using the Site in any way whatsoever. By continuing to visit the Site, you expressly and unreservedly accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please refrain from accessing the services offered by the Site.

Article 3 — Access to services
NET COMPUTER GROUP uses all the means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Site. As it is bound by an obligation of means, it cannot be held liable for any damage, of whatever nature, resulting from the Site being unavailable.
Any event due to force majeure that results in a malfunction of the network or server does not give rise to any liability on the part of NET COMPUTER GROUP.
Access to the Site may at any time be interrupted, suspended or modified, without notice, for maintenance or updates.
Article 4 — Intellectual property
NET COMPUTER GROUP grants the user a private, non-collective and non-exclusive right to use the content of the Site, limited to viewing it.
The general structure of the Site and the texts, code, databases, graphic components, presentations, software, images, logos, trademarks, sounds, videos and all other elements of which it is composed are the exclusive property of NET COMPUTER GROUP or its partners. The pricing and configuration information published on the Site is indicative: only the offer validated by NET COMPUTER GROUP is binding on the parties.

Article 9 — Miscellaneous
The invalidity, nullity or unenforceability of any provision of the Terms of Use under the legal or regulatory provisions in force does not affect the validity, applicability or binding nature of the other provisions. The provision concerned is replaced by a valid provision as close as possible to the original objective.
Article 10 — Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. Only the courts and tribunals of Brussels have jurisdiction to hear any dispute.
