Acceptable use policy.

1. Introduction

This acceptable use policy (hereinafter the “AUP”) sets out the rules to be followed when using the services provided by NET COMPUTER GROUP SA under the Cloudbizz, Neoo, Neoo Apps & Desktop, Serenia, Ovastack and neoo. brands (hereinafter “Cloudbizz”). It aims to ensure safe, lawful and effective use of the services for all clients. It forms an integral part of the general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Prohibited uses

You undertake not to use the Cloudbizz services for:

• any activity that is unlawful under applicable Belgian, European or international law;
• the dissemination of offensive, defamatory, obscene, threatening or abusive content;
• the infringement of the intellectual property rights of third parties (copyright, trademarks, patents, etc.);
• the distribution of malicious software (viruses, malware, ransomware, etc.);
• sending spam or unsolicited messages;
• phishing or any other attempted fraud;
• hacking or any attempt to gain unauthorised access to computer systems;
• the intentional disruption or overloading of our networks or services.

3. Network security

It is prohibited to:

• attempt to circumvent the security measures put in place by Cloudbizz;
• carry out vulnerability scans, penetration tests or any other form of security audit without the prior written authorisation of Cloudbizz;
• impersonate another user or entity;
• monitor network traffic or intercept data that is not intended for you.

4. Use of resources

You undertake to use the allocated resources (processor, memory, bandwidth, storage space, etc.) reasonably and in accordance with your subscription. Cloudbizz reserves the right to limit or suspend access to the services in the event of excessive or abusive use of resources.

5. Content and data

You are fully responsible for the content and data that you store, publish, transmit or process using our services. You undertake to obtain all the rights, consents and authorisations necessary for their processing.

6. Monitoring and enforcement

Cloudbizz reserves the right to monitor the use of its services in order to verify compliance with this AUP. Cloudbizz is not obliged to actively monitor the use of its services, but may do so where necessary, in compliance with the applicable regulations.

7. Consequences of violations

In the event of a violation of this AUP, Cloudbizz reserves the right to take one or more of the following measures:

• issue a warning;
• temporarily suspend access to the services;
• permanently terminate access to the services;
• remove or block the offending content;
• report the violation to the competent authorities;
• take legal action.

8. Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, notify us immediately at abuse@cloudbizz.com.

9. Changes

Cloudbizz reserves the right to amend this AUP at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is your responsibility to consult the AUP regularly in order to be aware of any changes.
