The controller of the personal data collected via the Cloudbizz websites (in particular cloudbizz.com and cloudbizz.ai) is NET COMPUTER GROUP SA, a public limited company (société anonyme) incorporated under Belgian law, whose registered office is at Steenweg op Brussel 213, 1780 Wemmel, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE) under number 0822.883.860. Cloudbizz, Neoo, Neoo Apps & Desktop, Serenia, Ovastack and neoo. are trademarks of NET COMPUTER GROUP SA.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the data we process on our own behalf: visits to the websites, requests for contact, offers or demonstrations, partner applications, Newsroom subscriptions and management of our relationship with our customers and prospects.
When we host or process data on behalf of our clients as part of the Cloudbizz services, we act as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. Such processing is governed by Article 16 of the general terms and conditions of sale and by the instructions of the client, which remains the controller.
3. Data processed, purposes and legal bases
Our websites have neither public user accounts nor advertising trackers. We process the following data:

4. Cookies and local storage
Our websites use neither advertising cookies nor third-party tracking tools. Your browser stores locally (local storage) only:
- your language preference;
- in the Newsroom, your saved articles, your recent searches and your choice regarding audience measurement;
- if you have accepted Newsroom audience measurement, a pseudonymous visitor and session identifier.
This information remains in your browser; you can delete it at any time via your browser settings. Only the administration areas reserved for our staff use a strictly necessary session cookie.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for the NET COMPUTER GROUP SA teams responsible for handling your request. It is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
We use processors bound by contract, which act only on our instructions:
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365), for forwarding by email the requests sent via our forms;
- our website hosting and delivery providers;
- Cloudflare, for anti-bot verification (Turnstile) on certain forms.
The Cloudbizz services themselves are hosted in our data centres located in Belgium.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of our processors (in particular Microsoft and Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are then subject to the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention periods
- Commercial and contact requests: for the time needed to handle them and to follow up the relationship, and at most three (3) years after the last contact.
- Newsroom subscription: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
- Audience measurement: only in pseudonymous form, for the time needed to compile statistics.
- Contractual and billing data: for the term of the contract, then in accordance with Belgian accounting and tax obligations.
8. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right of access to, rectification and erasure of your data, the right to restriction of processing, the right to object and the right to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@cloudbizz.com or to NET COMPUTER GROUP SA, Steenweg op Brussel 213, 1780 Wemmel. We respond within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
9. Security
NET COMPUTER GROUP SA implements appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption of data flows, access control, logging, monitoring) to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. They are detailed in our security measures.
10. Changes
We may adapt this policy to take account of changes to our services or to the regulations. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
