Cloudbizz, Cloudbizz AI, Neoo, neoo., Neoo Apps & Desktop, Serenia, Ovastack, Echo and Murphy are trademarks of NET COMPUTER GROUP SA, which markets its services and products under these trademarks. Any use of these trademarks without the prior written authorisation of NET COMPUTER GROUP SA is prohibited.
The third-party trademarks and logos mentioned on the Site (in particular Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Azure, Parallels, VMware, Winbooks, Popsy, Kluwer and Horus) belong to their respective owners.
3. Hosting
The Cloudbizz services are hosted by NET COMPUTER GROUP SA in data centres located in Belgium (Digital Realty BRU1 and BRU3, in Zaventem), in order to guarantee proximity, performance and data sovereignty.
4. Intellectual property
All the content of the Site (structure, texts, logos, images, videos, graphic elements, layouts, etc.) is the exclusive property of NET COMPUTER GROUP SA or its partners and is protected by Belgian and international intellectual property legislation.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, translation or creation of derivative works of all or part of the elements of the Site, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of NET COMPUTER GROUP SA.
